Costs

It is important that you clearly understand the basis on which we accept instructions and for that purpose we set out the basis of our fees in writing.  To ensure that you are fully informed, accounts will be forwarded approximately monthly and in addition we will provide to you, as required by the Family Law Rules, an estimate of fees at each significant stage of the proceedings.  If you have any query about fees at any time, please contact us immediately.
